My background is in community development and creative activism. I have almost two decades of experience working in, and supporting self-organising teams. 

I’m a facilitator, coach and consultant, helping groups to cultivate a collaborative culture through practical process interventions, dialogue, behavioral change and peer-to-peer support.

I’m the co-founder of The Hum, and member of the Enspiral network.
