Psychological Safety: Privilege & Power - 2 weeks program

Time & Location

About the event

What does psychological safety for diverse decentrallised teams look like? How can I create a culture of deep reflection on anti oppression work within my team? In what ways can my team members hold each other accountable to the values of diversity, inclusion and equity? How can I build a culture of psychological safety in my team, with an intentional lens of intersectionality and anti oppression?

If these are questions that you find yourself returning to again and again, then this 2-week program is for you!

Over four 2hour sessions, we will explore four critical themes within anti oppression work: intersectionality, power, privilege and allyship. Participants will explore ways in which they identify with these themes and interrogate how decentralised, non-traditional teams could strengthen psychological safety with an intentional anti-oppression methodology.

Process: We will create a brave space where we can ask reflective / personal questions on gender, inclusivity, power through a series of interactive group exercises. We will identify actionable ways in which to create anti oppression processes and protocols within collaborative teams. You will get aditional reading materials, prompts for reflection and templates for organisation audits you can bring to your teams.

When: The 4 calls will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9-11am CET / 12.30-2.00pm IST

Dates: June 15th, 17th, 22nd & 24th

Where: on Zoom (we will send the link closer to the starting date)
