Fostering a Culture of Belonging at Work
A participatory session to explore how can we foster a culture of belonging in the workplace.

About the event
What makes a workplace inviting and welcoming for people to engage, contribute, and work collaboratively even when faced with tension or conflict?
Creating and fostering a culture of belonging in the workplace can be challenging. Our natural tendencies to discount, deflect and discourage conflicts often get in the way of fostering a working environment that allows for trust, vulnerability, safety and courage.
In this 60 minute session, we will explore the 3 shifts needed for organisations and workplaces to foster a culture of belonging:
From Transactional to Relational
From the Golden Rule to the Platinum Rule
From Pathogenic to Salutogenic Approaches
This 60-minute session is free to attend but spaces are limited, please RSVP now to guarantee your place.
Hosted by Lana Jelenjev.
