Most teams work below their potential, not because people lack skill or commitment, but because tension, stress, and subtle signals of unsafety shape how people show up together.

Humans are mammals. We are highly sensitive to each other’s nervous-system states. Long before words or decisions, we are constantly reading tone, posture, attention, and emotional presence to answer a basic question: am I safe here?

In this free online session, we’ll explore leadership through that lens.

We’ll look at how a leader’s nervous-system state quietly influences trust, belonging, and collaboration, and why creating ease and safety often matters more than having the right instructions or frameworks.

This is relevant whether your leadership looks like running an organisation, managing a team, facilitating a group, or simply being the person others orient to.

The session will be practical and reflective, with space to notice what’s happening beneath the surface of group dynamics.

The session will be recorded. RSVP if you’d like to attend live or receive the recording.
