Why Finding Flow?
You know that feeling when you’re fully focused, time melts away, and your work feels effortless? ‘Finding Flow’ is a week designed to help you get there.
But here’s the thing: finding that focus alone at home can be hard. Distractions creep in, your motivation dips, and you don’t always know what’s really holding you back. At ‘Finding Flow’, you’ll step away from your daily routine and into a beautiful, peaceful setting where your only job is to focus on the work and projects that matter most to you.
You’ll live and work alongside a small group of like-minded people. Sharing meals, ideas, breakthroughs, and also house chores and walks in nature. Because we do it together, you’ll have the power of peer support: encouragement, accountability, coaching, new ideas, and fresh perspectives from people who get it.
Whether you need to finish a big creative project, clear your backlog, improve your productivity flow, or reset your work rhythm… this week will give you the clarity, structure, and inspiration to make it happen.

“I have come away from the course understanding that deciding to have a flat structure was just the first step for us. There is a lot of work to be done to build the structures and processes that we need to thrive. The Hum has given us the tools and the inspiration to help us on this journey. I feel much more confident about trying new ways of organising.”

“The training was the perfect way to equip our team with tools to overcome challenges of organizing in a decentralised and value-driven way. Rich and Nati guided the journey with commitment and positivity at every step and we supported us with their vast experience and knowledge. The atmosphere of safety and trust they created was inspiring and set the tone for our follow-up plans.”

Sean Andrew

“Participating in The Hum's course demystified questions of what new forms of governance and organising for change can look and feel like. Their way of grounding theory into practice through simple and clear language, applied learning opportunities and sharing examples from the field encouraged me to try new things out in my own organisational context.”
