What Makes This Training Different
We don't teach you how to be the perfect leader; we help you discover your authentic leadership voice and give you practical tools to navigate the messy, beautiful reality of collaborative work.
You'll practice everything in real-time with a cohort of peers who get it. No theory without application. No advice without embodied practice. No leadership development that ignores the nervous system realities of group dynamics.
Our Leadership Philosophy:
We believe in adult-to-adult leadership, treating everyone as equally empowered, autonomous, resourceful people who are co-responsible for shared objectives.
We rotate roles: you follow me when it's my turn to be in front of the room, and I follow you when it's your turn.
We practice successional leadership: enrolling others to take over roles as we outgrow them, creating leadership pipelines rather than bottlenecks.
We believe effective leadership starts from a regulated nervous system. Your inner state is contagious: that nervous system awareness isn't just personal development, it's essential group stewardship.

The Setting
Casa Tilo sits in the hills of the Maresme coast, 45 minutes from Barcelona.

A purpose-built retreat center designed for collaborative learning. You can choose between a single or a shared room and will have access to shared common spaces for connection.
With multiple hiking trails just outside the door, it’s the kind of environment that naturally supports both focused work, rest and meaningful connection.

Monday: Arrival and welcome circle after dinner
Tuesday-Friday: Full workshop days
Saturday: Departure after breakfast
Pricing is on a sliding scale from €1,750 to €2,725 (excl. VAT), depending on the room you choose, and whether you’re paying for yourself or your organisation is paying. See more info on the registration form.
