Webinar - 8th July
What we will cover
In this 2-hour webinar, we'll explore different methods for collaborative decision-making (consensus, consent, advice process). You'll learn how to:

get unstuck when things get difficult
use retrospectives to improve collective learning
We'll share case studies from distributed organisations and networks with effective decision-making processes.
What you can expect from this session
This Webinar session will be interactive. There will be moments of presentation of the concepts and Q&A, combined with time in small breakout rooms to reflect on the topic and get support from others on how you can experiment with different approaches to decision making within your teams.
