You do not need to complete any previous training to benefit from this course. All you need is a good understanding of the English language, and a reliable Internet connection

What is the time commitment & format?
The course includes 6 modules (video lessons, exercises, journaling questions, recommended reading), that will each take about 60-90 minutes to work through on your own. Additionally there are team practices you can try & each module has about 5 links to extra resources: articles, videos and recommended books. So depending on your desire you could spend a few more hours per module going deeper. We recommend doing one module per week, and trying the practices with your team.
